MSB Group is a single-contract design and build contractor for steel buildings across the UK - one team from concept to handover, no subcontracted interfaces.

Managing a construction project through separate architects, engineers, fabricators and builders is expensive and slow - every handoff is a point of risk in programme, cost and accountability. MSB Group's design and build service removes those interfaces. Architecture, structural engineering, steel fabrication, construction and fit-out are managed and delivered by our own team under a single contract.
