Understanding your site, programme and budget with an initial cost range, followed by architectural and structural drawings and planning application management.
Steel Fabrication & Groundworks
Structural steelwork manufactured at our Forest of Dean facility once planning is approved, with groundworks and foundations managed directly by our own structural team.
Design and Build Costs
A design and build contract includes design, planning, fabrication and construction in a single package price. As a guide: a basic shell (frame, cladding, concrete floor, industrial doors) runs from £200-£350/m², a shell with internal fit-out (electrical, drainage, partitions, welfare) typically £350-£600/m², a full commercial build with high specification and complete M&E runs £600+/m² - contact MSB with your brief for a project-specific assessment.
