Titan Self Storage

Following successful completion of Phase 1 - which transformed Titan’s facility through external over-cladding, a new reception, mezzanine, lift, and self-storage fit-out, we have now successfully delivered Phase 2 - expanding capacity by 10,300 sq.ft. The project introduces newbuild rear and side extensions with internal mezzanines and full M&E integration.

Designed to elevate both function and presentation, the works include new toilets, kitchenette, fire escape staircases, storm water attenuation and advanced fire detection. The expansion demonstrates MSB’s commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality turnkey construction for the UK’s growing self-storage market.
