This full-scope project comprised office and warehouse space for Carpigiani House, completed on a rapid programme from January to March 2025. MSB carried out all works in-house, including foundations, retaining walls, groundworks, external surfacing and internal mezzanine installation. Despite the tight turnaround, quality remained the priority throughout - with precision-built steelwork, high-spec finishes and full envelope works including doors and windows.

Delivered on time and to spec, this build showcases MSB’s capacity to balance speed, quality and coordination across full design and build delivery.
