Claybrook Showroom & Office

MSB Group delivered a full structural steel package for a new Claybrook showroom and office facility in Redditch. In addition, the team carried out value engineering and redesign of the slab and foundation package, supporting cost savings while maintaining overall structural performance.

The project also included full cladding design and installation, featuring contrasting elevations and associated flashings. MSB supplied and installed roller shutter doors, personnel and fire exit doors, along with aluminium window and door systems, coordinating closely with follow-on trades throughout.
